Terms & Conditions
- Written confirmation is required for all bookings
- In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
- Written confirmation of the minimum number of guests is required 7 days prior to the event and the minimum charge will be based on the figure. If the number’s increase, these may be added as required prior to the function and charged for accordingly. Guests who do not attend will be charged for. Also unbooked guests who attend will be added to the invoice.
- Whitwell’s Catering reserve the right to substitute suitable alternative menu items, should prevailing circumstances dictate this.
- Settlement of the account in full is required upon presentation of the invoice, unless otherwise prearranged. In default of this, interest shall be payable on any overdue amounts from the date of the function to the date on which payment in full is made on a daily basis at the rate of 5% per annum above the base rate of the current Nat West Bank together with reimbursement of all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred in the collection of any overdue amount.
- All breakages and damaged items, including table linen, will be charged for.
- Whitwell’s Catering will accept no responsibility for clients premises furnishings, equipment, goods etc. unless by prior arrangement with the client.
- Whitwell Catering will have no responsibility for, or be associated with, food prepared by Whitwell Catering , which is retained by clients for consumption after the event.
- BOOKING OF A FUNCTION IS IN ITSELF IMPLIED AND EXPLICIT ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Staff
Staff can be arranged for any of your functions:
- £15.00 per hour, per waiter / waitress
- A minimum charge of £60 for the first Four Hours And thereafter a charge of £20 per hour
- Our chef’s charges are from £25.00 per hour
- Crockery Cutlery etc can be quoted for on request.
- Wines, Champagnes are also quoted on request
- Glass Hire can be arranged
